Event photography starts at £150 for the first hour. Most people book three to four hours for full coverage of an event, depending on what you want captured and how the day is structured.
Travel is confirmed as part of the tailored quote, so you can see the full cost upfront before you book.

How it works from enquiry to gallery
- Send the basics. Share your date, location, timings, and the type of event. I will confirm availability and send a tailored quote.
- Secure the date. A 30% deposit secures the booking.
- Enjoy the day. I work discreetly and capture what unfolds naturally, then deliver your edited photos via a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and print options.

How much do you charge for event photography?
Event photography starts at £150 for the first hour. Two hours is £230, and four hours is £380. Extra time is £100 per hour. Travel is confirmed as part of the tailored quote.
Do you do posed photos as well as candid shots?
Yes. I focus mainly on natural moments, but I am happy to do a few quick group photos if you want them. I keep it relaxed and efficient so you can get back to your event.
How quickly will we get the photos?
Most event galleries are delivered within one to three weeks, depending on workload. If you have a deadline, ask and I will tell you what is realistic.
Do you cover events across Essex?
Yes. I cover Essex and London as standard, and I can travel further for larger events or multi day bookings. Travel is confirmed as part of the tailored quote.
Are you insured and do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. I carry public liability insurance, and I shoot with backup equipment and dual card recording. After the event, everything is backed up securely, so your photos are protected from start to finish.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
For private clients, the remaining balance is due on the day. For commercial clients, payment is due within 30 days.
