Regatta Event Photography in Dartmouth

A calm, professional presence (and photos you will actually use)

I have been photographing events professionally since 2003, and that experience shows up in the practical things: staying steady under pressure, reading a room, and capturing the story without turning your event into a photoshoot.

“We booked Jonathan as an event photographer for my auntie’s 40th birthday party in Southend, and he was absolutely brilliant. Super easy going, professional, and managed to blend in effortlessly with the guests while capturing loads of great moments. The photos were amazing and delivered really quickly too.”

Events and weddings across Essex

I photograph a wide range of events, from birthdays and private celebrations to corporate events, award nights, and launch parties. The common theme is simple: you want the moments captured properly, without it feeling like a production.

For parties and corporate work, see the event photography page and the event prices if you want the numbers upfront.

For weddings, I keep coverage documentary and uninterrupted, with a relaxed, story-led approach. You can browse the wedding portfolio or head to the Essex wedding hub for full details and packages.

If you want a quick sense of how I work and what to expect, the About and FAQs page covers the practical stuff in one place.
