The event lasts a few hours. Your photographs need to work much harder. They might introduce the people behind your business, show the scale of a conference, give a speaker a useful image or supply the marketing team with material for months afterwards.
I photograph conferences, networking events, awards, launches, company celebrations and team days across Essex, with London bookings too. I work around the running order, look for the moments between the formal ones, and make time for any group photographs or priority people you need. A store opening has a different rhythm from a conference. There are details to show before guests arrive, people to photograph as they explore, and a short window to make the place feel alive. I photographed the opening of the Dune London store at Lakeside, an example of how a business event can need both a sense of place and useful people-focused images.
For larger programmes, I look beyond the person holding the microphone. Audience reactions, conversations afterwards and the context of the venue help explain what took place. The aim is a set of photographs your team can actually use, rather than a long sequence of near-identical stage shots.

I’m Jonathan. I have photographed people professionally since 2003, and I am used to working around the pace of an event. For a business booking, that means listening to your brief, spotting what matters as the day unfolds and staying unobtrusive when the room needs to focus on a speaker or conversation.

Send the date, venue or town, approximate hours and the kind of event. A rough running order or priority-shot list is helpful if you have one, but you can enquire before every detail is final.
I’ll check availability and quote for the coverage you need. We can talk through speakers, sponsors, groups, branded details, press deadlines and any agreed confidentiality or embargo before the event.
I photograph the event, select and edit the strongest images, then send a private, password-protected gallery. Standard full-gallery delivery is 7–10 working days depending on workload at the time.
Simple coverage, tailored to your schedule
Corporate events use my standard event photography prices. One hour starts at £150; two hours are £230, four hours £380 and eight hours £650. Coverage includes selection and editing, with a private online gallery for full-quality downloads. Share the schedule and I’ll recommend the duration that fits, whether it is a short launch or a longer conference.

Your own website, social channels, press coverage, recruitment, internal updates and event promotion are all practical uses for the photographs under the standard business licence. If a sponsor or partner needs event-related images, tell me who will use them and how. Larger campaigns or unrelated third-party advertising can be agreed separately.
If a press or social deadline comes before the full gallery, Priority Select Delivery can provide up to ten edited images by prior agreement, with one additional booked working hour for selecting, editing and delivering them. We will agree the timing against your event schedule. Alternatively, the complete edited gallery can be delivered within three working days for an additional £100. These are two different options, so please mention the deadline when you enquire.
Conferences, seminars, networking receptions, awards evenings, launches, exhibitions, team days and similar business events are all within scope. Tell me what is planned and I can advise on the coverage.
Yes. I can work with your marketing or events team, a running order, priority people and relevant brand guidance. A short briefing helps me balance the formal moments with the atmosphere around them.
Yes. I photograph speakers, audience reactions, conversations and event details as the programme allows. If you need group photographs or particular people covered, put them in the brief so I can make time for them.
Corporate events use the standard event price structure: one hour £150, two hours £230, four hours £380 and eight hours £650. The full event photography prices show the other durations. I can quote against your timings and requirements.
The complete edited gallery normally arrives within 7–10 working days depending on workload at the time. If you have an earlier press or campaign deadline, ask about Priority Select Delivery for up to ten images or the separate £100 three-working-day full-gallery option. Timing for priority images is agreed in advance.
I send a private, password-protected online gallery. You can download individual images or the complete gallery at full quality, and share the link and password with colleagues you want to give access to the photographs.
Yes. The standard business licence covers your own website, social media, PR, recruitment, internal communications and event promotion. Event-related sharing with relevant partners and sponsors is permitted. Please discuss larger campaigns, unrelated third-party advertising, resale or image-library use before using the images that way.
Yes. Tell me about confidentiality or embargo requirements before the event. We can agree restrictions on my portfolio or marketing use for sensitive work.
I hold £5 million public liability insurance and £1 million professional indemnity insurance for my photography business. I can provide a current certificate to a venue or organiser on request.
Yes. Detailed retouching beyond my normal edit is available at £25 per selected corporate image. More extensive work can be discussed and quoted separately.
