I photograph birthdays, anniversary parties and family celebrations in Basildon, as well as christenings, proms, charity occasions, community events and business bookings. My approach is natural and observant, with organised photographs included wherever you want them.

I’ve worked professionally since 2003. For a Basildon booking, I bring an approach that is attentive to the occasion and comfortable around people, whether I’m photographing a private celebration or working to a business brief.
You’ll deal directly with me before the event. On the day, I’ll work around what is happening, organise photographs when you want them and keep an eye on the details you have asked me to cover.
I personally choose and edit the photographs afterwards. The aim is a finished gallery that tells the story clearly, including the moments you enjoyed and the ones you did not get to see.

Yes. I work around the occasion and the people, looking for natural moments while letting guests relax. We can agree any organised photographs you want too, so those fit into the event rather than taking it over.
Yes. Group photographs are a normal part of the service when you want them. They can be planned beforehand, requested on the day or suggested when they would add to the finished set. You choose the balance between groups and natural coverage.
Think about which parts you want photographed: arrivals, conversations, speeches, a cake, awards or entertainment. Send the rough timings and I can help you choose a suitable duration. Coverage can be booked for part of the event, and longer or multi-location bookings can be planned around your schedule.

Standard coverage starts at £150 for one hour. Two hours is £230, three hours is £305 and four hours is £380. Photography, selection, editing and the private download gallery are included. I’ll confirm the total for your booking after receiving the location and timings. See the full price list for other durations.
Send the date, location, approximate timings and type of event, along with any important requirements. You do not need every detail finalised before getting in touch. I usually reply within one working day.
For a standard private event booking, a 30% deposit secures the booking after availability and the quote have been confirmed. Business payment arrangements can be agreed separately.
For a standard private event booking, the remaining balance is due on or before the event day. Business payment terms are agreed separately to suit the booking and the organisation’s normal procurement process.

Qualifying charity bookings receive 25% off the applicable quoted total. Include the organisation and its charitable status when you enquire.

Your event gallery is delivered within 7–10 working days depending on workload at the time. If you have an earlier deadline, mention it before booking. Where agreed, the complete gallery can be delivered within three working days for an additional £100.
You’ll receive a private, password-protected online gallery. Individual photographs or the complete gallery can be downloaded at full quality. You can share the link and password with anyone you want to give access to the photographs.
Yes. The standard business licence covers your own website, social media, PR, recruitment, internal communications, event promotion and normal business marketing. Larger campaigns, unrelated third-party advertising, resale or image-library use should be discussed and agreed first.
Yes. I hold £5 million public liability insurance and £1 million professional indemnity insurance, with a current certificate available on request. I carry backup equipment, record to dual memory cards and securely back up photographs after the shoot.
