How I work with businesses
Before the event I will ask for the essentials, timings, key moments, any must have people and how you plan to use the images. If you have a running order or brief from your marketing team I will work from that so nothing important is missed.
On the day I keep things relaxed and low profile. I arrive in good time, introduce myself to your main contact and work around the flow of the event rather than interrupting it. You can expect a mix of natural coverage and any key group photos you need for internal comms or press.
For corporate clients it is common to have brand guidelines, preferred angles or specific usage in mind. I am used to working with marketing and PR teams, so I can adapt the way I shoot and edit to fit your brand, whether that is clean and bright, moodier and atmospheric or something in between.
After the event your images are backed up in multiple places, then edited with a clean, natural look that works well across digital and print. Standard delivery is around two weeks, usually within one to three weeks depending on the size of the event. If you have a tight press or campaign deadline there is an optional fast turnaround add on which provides a set of edited highlights within three days of the event for an additional £100.

Corporate event pricing guidance
Corporate events are priced using the same simple structure as my event photography packages. For most business events in Essex, coverage starts from £150 for the first hour, which includes professional editing and a secure online gallery for your team.
Many corporate clients book between three and four hours of coverage to include arrivals, key content and the social time around it. Longer conferences, full day training sessions or multi day events are quoted once I know the timings, location, travel and any extra requirements such as a second photographer or extended licensing.
Travel within the Southend on Sea borough is included. For events further afield across Essex or into London, travel is charged at £1 per mile. A 30 percent deposit secures the date in my diary, with invoicing available for commercial clients so that your finance team can process payment in a way that fits your usual process.

How will our team receive the images?
After the event you receive a secure online gallery that you can share with colleagues or agencies. From there you can download high resolution files for print and optimised versions for web and social use.
If you need a small number of images to be retouched in extra detail for key campaigns or large format print, I can provide that at £25 per image.
