What is documentary wedding photography?
Documentary wedding photography is about telling the story of your day as it actually happens. I focus on real moments, genuine reactions, and the atmosphere, rather than directing you through constant posing.
Do you do posed group photos at weddings?
I do not offer structured, posed group photography as a main part of my wedding coverage. If you ask on the day, I am happy to do 1–2 simple family group photos, plus a quick full group photo if needed, then I will get you back to enjoying your day.
When will we receive our wedding photos?
Your completed wedding gallery is typically ready in 1–3 weeks. If you choose the Storytelling or No-Fuss Signature package, you also receive a small preview set within 3 days, so you have something to share while the full edit is in progress.
Do you photograph weddings across Essex?
Yes. I photograph weddings across Essex and the surrounding areas, including places like Southend on Sea, Leigh on Sea, Chelmsford, Basildon and Colchester. If you tell me your venue and timings, I can advise on what coverage will suit your day best.
