If you’re looking to book a photographer, checking whether I’m free on your date or just want to ask me a question, send over what you know using the form below. You don’t need to have every detail sorted. A date, rough location and an idea of what you need is normally enough for us to get started.

Before you enquire
Which type of photography should I choose?
Choose event photography for parties, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, awards nights, school events, proms, charity events and similar occasions.
Portrait photography covers individuals, couples, families, personal branding and relaxed lifestyle sessions.
If you’re still unsure, select “I’m not quite sure yet” and tell me what you’re planning.
Do I need to have everything confirmed before enquiring?
Not at all. Send over the details you have and we can work out the rest from there. Your location, timings and other plans can still be adjusted later if they have not been finalised yet.
Booking & costs
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 30% deposit secures event and portrait bookings. The remaining balance is payable on or before the event or session date.
Is travel included?
Travel depends on the service. Event and Full Wedding Photography below 9 priced hours use £1 per estimated return road mile outside Southend-on-Sea borough; at 9–16 hours, Essex travel is included. Short & Simple Wedding Photography uses £1.50 per estimated return road mile outside the borough. Portrait Photography and tuition use £1 per estimated return road mile outside the borough. Property Photography includes travel within 10 miles of my home base, with further travel quoted where needed. Any applicable travel cost is included in the quote.
Is VAT added?
No. I am not VAT registered, so the price I quote is the price you pay.
Photos & coverage
How quickly will I receive the photos?
Standard Event Photography galleries are delivered within 7–10 days. Standalone Portrait Photography galleries are delivered within 7 days. Full Wedding galleries are delivered within 21 days, with package-specific preview times where included.
How will I receive the photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered through a secure online download. I can also include a private passworded gallery where that would be useful.
Do you offer video or a second photographer?
A £150 video add-on is available with non-wedding Event Photography only. It is supplementary content rather than full videography and is not available as a standalone service or for weddings. A second photographer is not currently offered.
