If you’re looking to book a photographer, checking whether I’m free on your date or just want to ask me a question, send over what you know using the form below. You don’t need to have every detail sorted. A date, rough location and an idea of what you need is normally enough for us to get started.

A few useful answers about checking availability, confirming a booking and what happens afterwards.
Before you enquire
Which type of photography should I choose?
Choose event photography for parties, birthdays, anniversaries, standalone wedding receptions and evening wedding parties, corporate events, award nights, school events, proms, charity events and similar occasions. If you only want the reception or evening party covered, event pricing will usually be the better fit.
Choose wedding photography if you want the ceremony or wider wedding day covered, including elopements, civil ceremonies and registry office weddings.
Portrait photography covers individuals, couples, families, personal branding and relaxed lifestyle sessions. If you’re still unsure, select “I’m not quite sure yet” and tell me what you’re planning.
Do I need to have everything confirmed before enquiring?
Not at all. Send over the details you have and we can work out the rest from there. Your venue, timings and other plans can still be adjusted later if they have not been finalised yet.
Booking & costs
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 30% deposit secures event, wedding and portrait bookings. The remaining balance is payable on or before the day, or on or before the wedding day for weddings.
Is travel included?
Mileage may be added if the location is outside the Southend-on-Sea area. Longer event and wedding bookings include travel within Essex. If any travel costs apply, they will be included in the quote so you can see the full price before deciding.
Is VAT added?
No. I am not VAT registered, so the price I quote is the price you pay.
Photos & coverage
How quickly will I receive the photos?
Most event and portrait galleries are ready within 7 days. Longer event bookings may take 7–10 days. Wedding delivery depends on the package, with most full wedding galleries delivered within 21 days.
How will I receive the photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered through a secure online download. I can also include a private passworded gallery where that would be useful.
Do you offer video or a second photographer?
Not at the moment. I currently concentrate on photography and do not offer video or second-photographer coverage.
