Capital & Trust summer boat party photography on the Thames

Capital & Trust’s summer party took place aboard Driftwoods on the River Thames in London on 16 July 2026. I photographed guests meeting, talking and enjoying the evening, with the river and city providing the backdrop outside.

The collection includes portraits on deck, conversations inside the boat, drinks being served and a closer view of the double bass being played. A group photograph with the London Eye behind brings the location into the story too.

People, conversations and a summer evening on the river

These photographs move between the party details and the people: trays of drinks, a hand on the double bass, guests gathered around tables and groups beside the railings. There are portraits taken with people looking towards the camera, as well as conversations continuing around it.

A corporate party photographed through its people

The Capital & Trust name appears within the event photographs, but the people give the collection most of its character. Someone sharing a laugh, listening closely or turning towards a friend brings something different to a group portrait taken together on deck.

I’ve kept the smaller details alongside those photographs. The drinks service and the instrument being played help describe the occasion, while the wider views show how guests gathered across the boat.

An Essex photographer for your company celebration

I’m Jonathan Owen, an Essex photographer working professionally since 2003. For a corporate party, I look for photographs that show your people enjoying the occasion, with the setting and details giving those moments context.
